BACKGROUND
HSL LABS is a brand of Healing Support LLC, a Wyoming-chartered company formed in 2024 to develop physician-informed programs, protocols, technologies, and products focused on post-procedural recovery, healing support, and related healthcare applications. The Company was established following a strategic decision by NewsXPartners Corporation (NXP) to expand its longstanding involvement in the health, wellness, and nutraceutical sectors through the creation of proprietary recovery-focused initiatives designed specifically for physician-guided clinical environments.
NewsXPartners Corporation serves as the principal investor in HSL LABS and maintains an active role in supporting the Company’s strategic direction, organizational development, executive recruitment, operational infrastructure, and long-term growth initiatives. Headquartered in New York, NXP has extensive experience in publicity, media relations, branding, communications strategy, and market positioning across multiple sectors, including health and wellness. Through a substantial capital commitment and the provision of ongoing organizational resources, NXP has played an important role in helping establish the institutional foundation upon which HSL LABS operates today.
The formation of HSL LABS was influenced by a growing recognition that the post-procedural recovery marketplace represents a substantial and expanding segment of healthcare, yet remains highly fragmented. While countless products, services, and informational resources exist within the broader recovery and healing sector, they have historically developed in relative isolation from one another. Recovery-related interventions frequently operate within separate product categories, distribution channels, and professional disciplines, often lacking the continuity, coordination, and physician-informed integration that characterize other areas of modern healthcare.
In response to this opportunity, HSL LABS adopted a model focused on bringing together programs, protocols, technologies, educational initiatives, and specialized products within a unified organizational framework. Rather than concentrating exclusively on a single product category or commercial niche, the Company was structured to support multiple complementary initiatives addressing different aspects of the post-procedural experience.
From the outset, physician participation has been viewed as an essential component of the Company’s organizational model. HSL LABS recognizes that practicing physicians possess unique insights regarding patient recovery, procedural outcomes, implementation challenges, workflow considerations, and emerging clinical needs. To facilitate the incorporation of these perspectives, the Company established a formal advisory structure through which physicians may contribute insight and guidance regarding program development, protocol refinement, technology systems, product concepts, and organizational priorities.
Today, this framework includes a Professional Advisory Board and its Clinical Advisory Council, whose members provide valuable input regarding clinical realities, patient needs, recovery methodologies, operational considerations, and emerging trends within their respective specialties. Through this structure, HSL LABS seeks to maintain ongoing dialogue between organizational leadership and the physician community it serves.
As the Company’s initiatives expanded, the need for supporting technological infrastructure became increasingly apparent. This led to the development of PhysicianOS™, a proprietary operational platform designed to support documentation management, workflow integration, protocol administration, communication, compliance monitoring, version control, and institutional knowledge preservation. The platform serves as a centralized technological foundation for many of the Company’s current and future initiatives and reflects HSL LABS’ commitment to creating scalable systems capable of supporting long-term organizational growth.
In addition to its technology initiatives, HSL LABS has developed a portfolio-oriented operational model encompassing recovery-focused programs, physician-guided protocols, educational resources, patient engagement systems, and specialized products. These initiatives are intended to support physicians and patients within plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, minimally invasive aesthetic medicine, and other recovery-oriented clinical environments. The Company also continues to evaluate opportunities in adjacent categories where physician-informed recovery support and patient engagement may provide meaningful value.
Underlying these activities is a governance structure designed to balance strategic oversight, operational execution, clinical insight, and organizational accountability. Direction is provided through the Company’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee, while physician-informed perspectives are incorporated through advisory participation and collaborative review processes. This multi-layered framework is intended to promote disciplined decision-making, responsible growth, and continuity across the Company’s various initiatives.
Today, HSL LABS continues to build upon the foundation established at its formation by expanding its programs, strengthening its technological capabilities, broadening physician participation, and refining the systems that support its mission. Through the combined strengths of its organizational infrastructure, strategic relationship with NewsXPartners Corporation, physician-informed development model, and commitment to operational excellence, the Company seeks to contribute meaningfully to the advancement of post-procedural recovery and healing support within contemporary healthcare.
